ABOUT PAINTED LADY PROJECTS

Husband and wife team, Eileen and Bennett Johnston, discovered a passion for interior design and home renovations after restoring their own historic home in 2018. What began as a love for remodeling their Victorian house organically evolved into a growing business focused on helping others find joy in their homes. From friends, to friends-of-friends, the requests for design help and hands-on expertise bourgeoned into a full-time gig – and Painted Lady Projects was born!

With a strong appreciation for the small details, Eileen is experienced in designing curated rooms and bringing them to fruition, continuing to paint and install wallpaper in many of her clients’ homes. Bennett discovered his natural talent for construction management, ushering clients through the process of renovating and problem-solving along the way. Together, they have built a service-based business that is approachable and collaborative.

Over the past few years, Painted Lady Projects has been fortunate to work in spaces big and small through the Houston area and beyond – from wallpaper installations to complete home renovations, and everything in between.
